Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Dylan Looper Magic ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services

Dylan Looper Magic provides professional magic entertainment services for corporate events, weddings, private parties, church events, school assemblies, and other occasions. Our services include but are not limited to stage performances, close-up magic, roaming entertainment, and illusion shows.

Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

To book our services:

1. Submit a booking inquiry through our website, email, or phone
2. Receive a quote and availability confirmation
3. Review and sign the performance agreement
4. Submit the required deposit to secure your date

Deposit and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time
• Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received
• The remaining 50% balance is due on or before the event date
• Payment can be made via check, credit card, or electronic transfer
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellation

• Deposits are non-refundable. Once your deposit is received, we turn away other opportunities for that date and time slot.
• If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible in writing
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date may result in forfeiture of the full payment

Rescheduling

• We are happy to reschedule your event to a different date within 4 months, subject to availability
• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before the original event date
• Your deposit will be applied to the new date
• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund minus any costs already incurred. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Performance Requirements

Venue Requirements

The client agrees to provide:

• Safe and secure access to the performance area
• For stage shows: A performance area of at least 10' x 10' and access to electricity
• For large venues (300+ people): Basic sound system or amplification
• Adequate arrival time for setup (typically 45-60 minutes for stage shows)
• A secure area to store equipment during the event

Schedule Changes

If the event schedule changes significantly (more than 2 hours from the originally agreed time), please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes, but cannot guarantee availability if the change conflicts with other commitments.

Intellectual Property

All magic routines, presentations, and performances are the intellectual property of Dylan Looper Magic. Video recording of performances is permitted for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of our performances without written permission is prohibited.

Photography and Publicity

By booking our services, you grant Dylan Looper Magic permission to use photographs and video from your event for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in writing before the event.

Liability

Dylan Looper Magic carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for any injury or damage that occurs due to the negligence or actions of event attendees, venue staff, or other vendors. The client agrees to provide a safe performance environment and to inform us of any potential hazards.

Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate a performance if attendees become abusive, threatening, or create an unsafe environment. In such cases, payment will still be due in full, and no refund will be provided.

Travel

For events outside the Greenville, SC area, travel fees may apply. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process and included in your quote. For events requiring overnight accommodations, lodging expenses will be the responsibility of the client.

Warranty and Satisfaction

We are committed to providing professional, high-quality entertainment. We will arrive on time, perform as agreed, and conduct ourselves professionally. If you have any concerns about our performance, please contact us within 48 hours of your event so we can address the issue.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Bookings made before changes take effect will be governed by the terms in place at the time of booking.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
